My Review

“Love Actually is a holiday comedy film following ten separate yet intertwined love stories in London during the five weeks leading up to Christmas. Director-screenwriter Richard Curtis did an amazing job instilling the project with high production values, good writing, and managing the large ensemble cast, especially since this is his first employment opportunity in the directorial chair of a feature film.

The cast includes Hugh Grant as the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, Emma Thompson as his sister, Billy Bob Thornton as the President of the United States, Colin Firth, Laura Linney, Liam Neeson, Alan Rickman, Keira Knightly, Rowan Atkinson, Claudia Schiffer, Bill Nighy, Martine McCutcheon, Elisha Cuthbert, January Jones, Martin Freeman, and Jeanne Moreau. The watchable “Love Actually” was a big hit at the box office for StudioCanal, Working Title Films, DNA Films, and Universal Pictures. It was filmed on location in London, UK.
