My Review

Comedy actor Kevin Hart co-produced, co-wrote, and stars in a silly motion picture comedy called “Night School.” This farce is the story of a salesman who attempts to earn his GED when he loses his job. Director Malcolm D. Lee (“Undercover Brother” 2002) sloppily put together this film from a terrible screenplay written by six writers, including Hart.

Co-stars include Tiffany Haddish, Rob Riggle, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Taran Killam, Keith David, Al Madrigal, Ben Schwartz, and Donna Briscoe. “Night School” earns a generous D+, but was a modest success in theatrical release for producer Kevin Hart, HartBeat Productions, Will Packer Productions, and Universal Pictures. It was filmed in Atlanta, Georgia.
