Knives Out (2019)

My Review

“Knives Out” is a murder mystery film where a private detective investigates the murder of an 85-year-old man at his own family reunion. Director-screenwriter Rian Johnson (“Star Wars: The Last Jedi” 2017) has give us a vastly entertaining murder mystery with a comedic element added to it.

The cast includes Daniel Craig as private detective Benoit Blanc, Christopher Plummer as the murder victim, Jamie Lee Curtis, Don Johnson, Toni Collette, Chris Evans, M. Emmet Walsh, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Ana de Armas, Frank Oz, K Callan, LaKeith Stanfield, Michael Shannon, Jaeden Martell, and Edi Patterson as the housekeeper. “Knives Out” was a major box office sensation for Ram Bergman Productions, MRC, T-Street, and Lionsgate Films, filmed in Boston, Massachusetts.
