“Tracers” is an inferior action film about a New York City bicycle messenger who gets involved with a local organized crime group. This B-type film has a predictable plot and sub-par writing by screenwriters Kevin Lund, Leslie Bohem, Matt Johnson, and T. J. Scott.
Taylor Lautner heads a forgettable cast that includes Marie Avgeropoulos, Adam Rayner, Rafi Gavron, Christopher Jackson, et al. Director Daniel Benmayor was at the helm of the “Tracers” debacle, a box office bomb and 94 minutes of boring independent movie fare from Temple Hill, Entertainment, distributed by Saban Films.
