Faith of Our Fathers (2015)

My Review

“Faith of Our Fathers” is an inspiring comedy-drama Christian film telling the story of two men on a search for closure in their respective relationships with their fathers, both Vietnam veterans.

The cast includes Kevin Downes and David A. R. White as the lead roles, Stephen Baldwin as their fathers’ commanding officer, Candace Cameron Bure as Downes’ fiancee, Rebecca St. James and David O’Donnell as a couple who steal White’s car, and Sean McGowan and Scott Whyte as the two dads in flashbacks. “Faith of Our Fathers” is quite a gem directed by Carey Scott, who co-wrote the screenplay with David A. R. White. It failed at the box office for Pure Flix Entertainment, Downes Brothers Entertainment, and Samuel Goldwyn Films. It was filmed in Santa Clarita, California.
