The outstanding supporting cast from the MGM stable of performers includes Van Heflin, Fay Bainter, Richard Carlson, Spring Byington, Marta Eggerth, Connie Gilchrist, and Tommy Dorsey and Bob Crosby with their orchestras. “Presenting Lily Mars” was successful with the general public for producer Joe Pasternak and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer.
