Ant-Man and the Wasp (2018)

My Review

Marvel Studios has put together an immensely entertaining sequel to “Ant-Man” (2015) called “Ant-Man and the Wasp.” Paul Rudd as Scott Lang/Ant-Man is reunited with Evangeline Lilly as Hope van Dyne/Wasp, with more screentime for the later and more laughs for the former.

Returning director Peyton Reed has filled this two hour pictures with more levity and humor than the original, a good balance to the action, adventure, and drama that are always present in films in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, this one being the 20th.

The cast includes Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Pena, Michelle Pfeiffer, Michael Douglas, Laurence Fishburne, Walter Goggins, Judy Greer, Bobby Cannavale, Randall Park, Abby Ryder Fortson, and Stan Lee. “Ant-Man and the Wasp” was a huge hit at the box office for producer Kevin Feige, Marvel Studios, Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, and The Walt Disney Company. It was filmed in San Francisco and Atlanta.
