My Review

“Christmas in Evergreen” is a holiday comedy-drama film set in the fictional town of Evergreen, Vermont. Several locals and visitors alike hope the custom of “wishing upon a snow globe” will help their chances in life. The local veterinarian hopes for her longtime beau to propose, and a visiting girl with her widower father wishes to reside in Evergreen.

Director Alex Zamm and teleplay writer Rick Garman expertly put together this wholesome made-for-television movie that all audiences can enjoy. The stars include Ashley Williams, Teddy Sears, Holly Robinson Peete, Jaeda Lilly Miller, Marcus Rosner, Barbara Niven, Malcolm Stewart, Keith Martin Gordy, Lynda Boyd, Chris Cope, Daryl Shuttleworth, Rukiya Bernard, Ronald Patrick Thompson, Prince Justin Atkinson, and Addison Gosselin.

“Christmas in Evergreen” was first aired on the Hallmark Channel in December, 2017. Three sequels followed: “Christmas in Evergreen: Letters to Santa” (2018), “Christmas in Evergreen: Tidings of Joy” (2019), and “Christmas in Evergreen: Bells Are Ringing” (2019).
