My Review

“Greenland 2: Migration” continues the story of “Greenland” (2020) where Gerard Butler and family survive a comet strike in an underground bunker. In this picture, an earthquake subsequently destroys their haven in Greenland, and they embark on a perilous trek across a frozen Europe to a rumored comet crater in the warmer Mediterranean region.

Director Ric Roman Waugh (“Angel Has Fallen” 2019) put together an engrossing drama from a lucid screenplay by Mitchell LaFortune and Chris Sparling. Stars include Gerard Butler, Merena Baccarin, Roman Griffin Davis, Amber Rose Revah, Gordon Alexander, Peter Polycarpou, and Sophie Thompson. The watchable “Greenland 2: Migration” was a flop at the box office for producer Gerard Butler, STXfilms, Thunder Road Films, and Lionsgate Films. It was filmed on location in England and Iceland.
