My Review

“Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” follows Peter Quill and his odd crew as they take on new challenges, including discovering Quill’s parentage. Director-screenwriter James Gunn (“Guardians of the Galaxy” 2014) did improve on the original with increasingly complex action sequences, marvelous special effects, a larger cast, and the revelation that Kurt Russell is Chris Pratt’s father.

The cast includes Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Sylvester Stallone, Kurt Russell, Stan Lee, David Hasselhoff, Jeff Goldblum, Ving Rhames, Michelle Yeoh, Karen Gillan, Michael Rooker, Molly Quinn, Elizabeth Dibicki, Seth Green, and Guillermo Rodriguez. The watchable “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2” is the 15th film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the eighth highest grossing film of 2017 for producer Kevin Feige, Marvel Studios, Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, and The Walt Disney Company. It was filmed in Georgia.
