Pierce Brosnan plays a wealthy aviation tycoon who is terrorized by an information technology consultant after Brosnan fires him for chasing his daughter in “I. T.” Director John Moore (“A Good Day to Die Hard” 2013) and screenwriters Dan Kay and William Wisher created a taut production with few gaps in the storyline. This film is perfect escapist entertainment.
The star Brosnan turns in a riveting performance playing off of James Frecheville as the antagonist. The cast also includes Anna Friel as his wife, Stephanie Scott as their daughter, and Michael Nyqvist as a fixer. “I. T.” had a limited theatrical run before being released on streaming channels from Voltage Pictures, Irish Dream Time, and RLJ Entertainment.
