London Has Fallen (2016)

My Review

Lights! Camera! Action! The sequel to “Olympus Has Fallen” (2013) is out and the public loves it. “London Has Fallen” is full of action and adventure thanks to Swedish director Babak Najafi in his U. S. A. film debut, and an incredible script by Creighton Rothenberger, Katrin Benedikt, Chad St. John, and Christian Gudegast.

Gerard Butler returns as Secret Service agent Mike Banning, once again in charge of protecting the president from terrorists, this time in London, UK. Others reelected to a second term are Aaron Eckhart as the President, Morgan Freeman as the Vice President, Angela Bassett as the Secret Service director, Robert Forster as the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Melissa Leo as the Secretary of Defense, Radha Mitchell as Mrs. Banning, and Jackie Earl Haley as White House staff. “London Has Fallen” was a box office hit for producer Gerard Butler, Millennium Films, and Focus Features.
