Mission: Impossible – Fallout (2018)

My Review

“Mission: Impossible – Fallout” has Ethan Hunt and his IMF team racing to recover three plutonium cores before a terrorist network called the Apostles uses them for nuclear attacks. Director-screenwriter Christopher McQuarrie (“Jack Reacher” 2012) put together another exciting episode with loads of action sequences making the 147 minute running time go by very quickly. This film was the sixth of eight “MI” franchise movies (1996, 2000, 2006, 2011, 2015, 2018, 2023, 2025).

The cast includes Tom Cruise, Henry Cavill, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Rebecca Ferguson, Angela Bassett, Michelle Monaghan, Alec Baldwin, Wes Bentley, Vanessa Kirby, and Wolf Blitzer. The exciting and watchable “Mission: Impossible – Fallout” was the eighth highest grossing film of 2018 for Skydance Media, Bad Robot Productions, TC Productions, and Paramount Pictures. It was filmed in France, England, Norway, New Zealand, and the United Arab Emirates.
