My Review

“Picture a Perfect Christmas” is the story of a professional photographer visiting her grandmother at Christmas and temporarily hired as a nanny for the neighbor’s nephew. Director Paul Ziller was at the helm of this feel-good made-for-television Christmas movie with marvelous production values, from the excellent teleplay written by Traci Andreen and Terri Reed.

The actors all perfectly fit their roles: Merritt Patterson as Sophie the photographer, Paula Shaw as the grandmother, Jon Cor as her neighbor (possible love interest for Sophie), and Luke Roessler as his nephew. Others include Nicole Oliver, Toby Levins, Kwesi Ameyaw, Terence Kelly, and Chelsea Gil. The picture perfect Christmas movie “Picture a Perfect Christmas” was first aired in 2019 on the Hallmark Channel.
